If sadness comes for whatever reason, do the following:
Avoid the shadows left behind.
Blow the sad thought,
Let it drain the last tear, and count to twenty.
Then open the window,
The one that leads to the flight of sparrows,
Look for the light that flashes on.
To find it, put it inside the breast,
In such a way that can be seen from the outside;
Now add a dash of poetry,
The kind that passes by us every day and can’t even be noticed,
To increase the brightness
With all the intensity that a smile can do.
Happiness is your limit …
And heaven is you who does.
